It is not surprising that Mara joined our team of highly devoted sales consultants without missing a beat. Her real estate career began nearly four years ago and during that time, earned recognition as top leasing agent at her previous company. Mara has also lived in the city of Chicago for nearly twelve years and is familiar with almost every “up and coming” neighborhood in the city. Mara also understands the importance of high standards of customer service through working for many years in the restaurant business; Mara owned and operated a vegetarian coffee lounge in Lincoln Park with a member of her family. Mara grew up in Wilmette, IL where she graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka. She attended the University of Illinois at Champaign for two years and then returned to her beloved Chicago to finish her studies at Columbia. Today, Mara lives in Bucktown with her husband and dog, Eli. When not following up on current market trends, Mara can be found at the gym, checking out live music, or at the dog park. Other hobbies also include wine tasting, cooking, eating out, shopping, and traveling.
