2009 was another successful year for David Wolf and the Wolf Residential Group.  Once again, David led all @properties agents in sales volume and was among the Top 10 agents within the entire Chicago Association of Realtors®. To date, David Wolf and the Wolf Residential Group have helped clients buy and sell over $200 million worth of real estate including nearly $40 million in 2009 alone. As a result, David is a perennial recipient of the Chicago Association of Realtors’® Top Producer award.

David's approach is simple: be knowledgeable, honest, and diligent, and most importantly, always keep the client's best interests in mind. His ability to draw upon experience, relationships, market knowledge and technology has consistently led to shorter market times and higher sales prices for sellers and lower purchase prices and greater equity for buyers.

His vast knowledge of Chicago's real estate market allows him to successfully advise his clients in any type of real estate transaction. David’s proven track record as well as his emphasis on client service has made him one of the most sought after agents in the city.

David joined @properties in January 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Public Relations and Marketing. Additionally, he holds professional designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

David is a Chicago resident currently living in Bucktown and is the Vice-President of the Wicker Park - Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.
