As a lifetime Chicago area resident and daughter of a REALTOR, Erica Zupancic has an extensive knowledge of the Chicago and North Shore real estate market. Her knowledge of the market combined with her work ethic is what makes Erica successful. Erica has 4 years experience as the Marketing Director for 2 different Chicago real estate companies. For the last 4 years she has been working with her mother, Donna Zupancic, who has 35+ years of experience in the city and the North Shore.
Erica graduated from American University with a bachelors degree in graphic design and a minor in cultural anthropology. She enjoys utilizing her learned knowledge of cultures and believes that happy, stress free clients are the goal of any real estate transaction. Erica currently lives in Lincoln Park with her dog Cody, and her two cats Jasmine and Sadie.
