Aric Shlifka was excited to come aboard @properties in 2006. After receiving a B.A. in Economics from University of Iowa, he spent six years in his family's sporting goods business and three years as a retail consultant. His education and experiences in retail and consulting taught him the importance of customer satisfaction. Aric's loyalty, dedication and experience allow him to better serve his clients, whether buying or selling a home.
Aric has lived in the Chicagoland area his entire life, growing up in a North Shore suburb and has lived in various neighborhoods in the city for the past seven years. Aric has lived in Lakeview and Lincoln Park, and currently resides with his fianc in the West Loop and is looking forward to a move to the up-and-coming South Loop next year. His knowledge of the suburbs and many neighborhoods throughout Chicago is an invaluable tool when talking with clients.
When Aric is not at work, he can usually be found at the gym, playing one of any number of sports, or donating his time to various charitable organizations he belongs to. Aric's connections with a network of professionals combined with his understanding of market conditions afford him the opportunity to present his clients with the Total Home Solution. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or real estate investors, Aric is sure to demonstrate his solid work ethic and ability to cater to his clients' specific needs.
