Bessie's endless energy, along with her approach and work ethic make her a valuable asset to the @properties team and her clients.  Since joining @properties in 2002 Bessie has been among the top 1% of agents.  She received Rookie of the year in 2002 and earned top producer status every year since, achieving @properties coveted Road to Rolex status in 2005. 
 
Bessie has been a native of Chicago all her life, growing up in the southwest suburbs.  She has lived in the city for more than 12 years, residing in River North, West Loop and Bucktown.  Living in several different neighborhoods has shaped Bessie’s knowledge and expertise of the Chicago market. 
 
Recognized as one of the most creative and sought after real estate agents in Chicago, Bessie was invited to host several television shows for HGTV.  Bessie hosted “National Open House Chicago” and made a special appearance on “What is My Home Worth?”
 
With an extensive background in sales and management, Bessie’s clients rely on her for everything from decorating tips and rehabs to advice regarding schools & local community involvement.  Graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a major in marketing has given Bessie the foundation for her success.  Bessie prides herself on an average market time of 43 days bringing her clients comfort and confidence in her ability to understand their needs.
