Beth Wexner - Senior Sales Associate

Beth began her real estate career in 1990 in the tough training ground of the development market. Its challenges have helped her to achieve the level of accessibility, accountability and high energy that has brought her respect as one of the top 1% of producers in the Chicago real estate industry today.

Her dedication to the sellers, buyers, and developers who have become her clients has resulted in her business based 100% on referrals. She believes that communicating to keep her clients informed is one of the most important keys to the selling process.

Beth feels that every real estate transaction is a learning experience and an opportunity to reinvest that knowledge back into her business. Through this knowledge her clients have a decisive edge in the negotiation process.

Beth restricts the size of her client base in order to guarantee the quality of service she has built her reputation upon. She values her business with the same importance she values her family and treats both parts of her life with enthusiasm, knowledge, and organization.

After 26 years as a Lincoln Park resident Beth and her family have made the move from a single family home to a Gold Coast condo where she lives with her husband and her spoiled new puppy.  Beth has a 27 year old married daughter who lives in Lincoln Park and is the sales manager for the acclaimed Spiaggia restaurant. Her son, age 25, is a University of Pennsylvania graduate and in his third year at Northwestern Law. Beth's active role in her children's lives keeps her moving and committed to the community. Participating with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, the Marwen Foundation and with the MS Society are also important commitments in this top producer's active successful life.
