Brian Brak joined @properties in September of 2008. Brian joined @properties along with his established real estate company ”Brak Realty Inc” to combine the marketing power of @properties and the high level of hands on service that Brian provides to create an unsurpassed quality and service to his current and future clients.
Brian began selling real estate in the spring of 1994 and from that time on he knew that real estate was his calling. Brian has been recognized from the Chicago Association of Realtors as a top-producing agent for 12 years running. Brian has received his Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) his Accreted Buyers Representative (ABR) designation as well as his (e-Pro) Internet Professionalism designation. Brian believes in continuing his education in the real estate industry and he is currently working on completing his GRI designation.
Brian has been a 21-year resident of Roscoe Village and a member of Roscoe Village Neighbors and well the Roscoe Village Chamber of commerce. Brian has extensive knowledge off the types of housing inventory in Roscoe Village, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square as well as Uptown and Andersonville/Edgewater communities includes thorough knowledge of condominiums, single family homes and multifamily homes. What Brian brings to the table for his clients is his extensive knowledge in new home construction and renovation. Brian can quickly evaluate the quality of construction and materials used in a property. Brian takes great pride and care in protecting his clients from poor quality construction and bad renovations.
Brian believes in retaining his clients for life. Many of his clients have bought and sold with him several times over. Most of Brian’s clients have come to him by referral from other satisfied clients. These clients were so satisfied with the level of service that they received from Brian that they continue to send new clients to him.
Brian has brought over 16 new construction/development projects ranging from complete gut renovations to ground up new construction projects to his builders and he represents only the highest quality in renovations or new construction projects.
Brian helps sellers with a pre inspection walk through prior to putting their properties on the market and assist the sellers with any necessary repairs that the property may need to alleviate a deal falling through after a contract has been accepted due to an inspection issue.
Brian keeps up with the ever-changing real estate market. He keeps on top of things like new community development and zoning issues that may affect the properties future value and the livability of a property. Brian helps his buyers with his extensive knowledge in construction and renovation so they will find themselves in an appropriate; well constructed quality home.
