Elizabeth is one of the Principals of the 325 Group, along with her brother Eric, and has been a top producing real estate agent since 2003. A Chicago native, Elizabeth has bought and sold real estate in California, Colorado, and Illinois since 2000. After her own success in buying, selling and investing, she decided to expand her reach by helping others find that perfect home or investment property. She prides herself on developing lasting relationships with clients, tailoring each transaction and marketing effort to meet her buyer's or seller's specific needs. This tireless approach to her business has put Elizabeth consistently in the top 100 Agents in Illinois and in the top 3% of NRT agents internationally.

325 Groups clients can expect a level of professionalism and personal service rarely seen in this industry. Intensely dedicated to their clients' best interests, Elizabeth and Eric work with sellers to develop a strategic and focused marketing plan that has consistently kept their listing time to an average of 54 days, with a list price to sale price of 98%. 325 Group's buyers experience the team's expertise in identifying and matching them with the perfect property. Elizabeth and Eric's refined negotiating skills and business sense guarantee that the transaction will run smoothly, while their construction and architectural background ensures that your next home is a sound investment.

The 325 Group has also succeeded as one of Chicago's luxury developers. Eric and Elizabeth started 325 Development in 2004 building single family homes in Chicago's northside neighborhoods, completing several projects a year. With their development and construction experience, they enjoy consulting with other developers to create highly marketable and stand-out homes, providing their clients with the expertise needed to get new construction homes sold in this challenging market.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys taking her dogs to the beach and spending quality time outside (weather permitting). She also dedicates time to consulting with the Range of Motion Project, a non-profit organization she helped start in 2004, which serves amputees in developing countries.
