Recognizing the opportunity to better serve his clients through expanded service and a broader perspective in this complicated and competitive market, Joe joined forces with fellow Chicago Real Estate veteran Mary Haight in 2010. Together they launched “My Kinda Town Realty,” a team of professionals with superior industry knowledge driven to provide clients with maximum exposure and exceptional sales and marketing services.
 
With $250 million in combined sales since 2003 and more than $30 million in 2009 alone, Joe and Mary continue to excel in one of the toughest real estate markets in recent memory. In fact, in 2009 -- when the local average from list to close date was 168 days -- their properties averaged approximately 73 days.
 
Joe prides himself most on providing excellent client service and extensive industry knowledge to every client relationship - - attributes that have enabled him to build 100 percent of his client base on referrals.

His parents were selling their family home and it was Joe who ended up showing the house and landing the sale.

"My family experience taught me at an early age that buying and selling real estate is not just a business transaction; it can be an emotional experience and it is certainly one of the biggest financial investments most of us will make in our lifetimes," Joe says. "That's why I commit to my clients for the long-term and often serve as a resource to them long after the closing." For example, Joe frequently provides ongoing counsel and/or recommendations to clients on everything from mortgage brokers and lawyers required at the beginning of real estate procedures to the contractors and tradesmen that may be required down the road.
