Joe Zaja joined @ properties in the summer of 2004 with over 8 years of city real estate marketing experience. Joe embraces his work and life with an enduring positive attitude and energy. He understands that our real estate decisions have important effects over the years in our lives.
He works everyday with buyers and sellers. His field of expertise includes single family homes, condos, townhomes and multi-unit rental property. His property development marketing experience includes a large new construction project for Smithfield Properties.
Joe has a clear understanding of the emotional stress created by the lifestyle of buying or selling one’s home. His professionalism is consistently demonstrated by his extraordinary listening skills and calm, thoughtful and patient manner. Most importantly clients are able to rely upon his honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
Clients benefit from his personal experience rehabbing/ restoring properties, selecting and working with subcontractors, converting rental property to condos as well as rental property management. He has a deep knowledge of the market place and enjoys making full use of @ properties broad range of resources and marketing tools.
Joe has lived and worked in Chicago on the north side since 1990. He resides in Roscoe Village/ St. Ben’s and has an excellent knowledge of neighborhoods throughout the city. . He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from a Big Ten school and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. He is a member of the Auxiliary Society for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago which builds awareness for the Red Cross mission.
