Ranked as one of the Top Ten producing agents in the North Shore with over $265 million in sales, Mindy Shea is one of the most sought-after brokers in the real estate. Mindy currently specializes in residential real estate and is the managing broker of The Shea Group.

Mindy graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English, and is pursuing her graduate degree at the University of Chicago. Upon graduating, Mindy spent years in marketing and managing advertising accounts in New York for Saatchi & Saatchi and then Campbell Mithun. With expertise in marketing, advertising, and negotiation, Mindy brings an informed approach to the buying and selling side of every real estate transaction.

Mindy has consistently been among the highest producing agents in terms of sales volume. At her previous firm, Coldwell Banker, Mindy was inducted to the President’s Club every year from 1995-2010. Now at @Properties, Mindy has gained Top Producer recognition 2010-2012. Mindy’s gross sales volume, which is comprised primarily of residential homes, nets over $265 million.

Mindy and Don are 25-year residents of the North Shore where they raised their three children: Annie, Maggie and Drew. All three children attended New Trier and sailed on the New Trier Sailing Team as captains and varsity athletes. Their eldest daughter, Annie, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from DePaul University in 2009. Maggie, Connecticut College ’11, recently competed in the semi-finals of the Olypmic Trials to represent the United States in London 2012. Their youngest, Drew currently studies Economics and competes on the sailing team at Brown University. The Shea’s are avid sailors, and they enjoy racing together with their grandfather on his Santa Cruz 70 on the Great Lakes. Don Shea also served at the President of high school sailing 2009-2011.
