Patricia has been selling new construction homes for Chicago’s top developers for the past few years. She first entered the real estate business over ten years ago. At that time she purchased a three-flat in the then relatively unknown neighborhood of Lincoln Square.
Successfully owning, managing, leasing, and rehabbing her three-flat in Lincoln Square for over ten years has given her hands-on experience. This enables Patricia to offer valuable insight to her clients.
While working for Concord Homes, she received extensive training in home financing, construction, blueprint reading and the marketing of homes. She also earned the title Certified Sales Professional from the National Association of Home Builders.
After graduating from the University of Illinois at Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Patricia went to work as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche. She even became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). The financial markets were a strong interest to her, so she then went on to become a trader of stock options at the CBOE, and then traded stocks at the Chicago Stock Exchange. As you can see, finance and investments are a definite strong suit for her. It was when she was a trader that she made her first real estate purchase. That purchase was what really made her want to work in real estate.
Patricia currently lives in a multi-unit building in the South Old Irving neighborhood. She is originally from Chicago and has also lived in Lincoln Park and in Lakeview. She loves the variety that our city has to offer in its different neighborhoods.
In her spare time, Patricia likes to bike throughout the city and the many bike trails throughout northern Illinois. She plays beach volleyball when time permits. She also likes to find great restaurants all over the city.
