With over 10 years sales and sales management experience, Ryan knows how to change and adapt to different markets. Ryan represents his sellers and buyers with their specific goals and needs in mind and works hard for his clients 7 days a week.
In January of 2007, he and Sarah Lawrence formed The Pinnacle Team, named for the level of service they provide. The Team Concept allows them to represent their sellers more effectively while maintaining availability to their individual buyer clients.
He and Sarah believe that all reasonable showing requests must be accommodated and lockboxes should only be used for emergencies. Its their face-to-face approach, along with top-notch marketing, that helps to shorten market times on their listings.
Ryan first moved to Chicago in 1998 after graduating from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He currently owns and lives in the Rogers Park neighborhood on Chicagos north side. He and his wife and their two dogs are very active, walking the beaches every morning, even in the middle of January. They are also both active cooks and often take cooking classes together and entertain friends at their home.
Ryan also stays very active in the community by volunteering with organizations like Junior Achievement, NFTE, Scholarship Chicago, CPS, and Sit Stay Read.
