Patrick has rapidly risen to the top of his field having been ranked in the top half of 1% of Chicago Realtors. It is this success which prompted him to create The Ryan Consulting Group within @properties to meet the needs of his growing list of clients.
“It became apparent that I could not be in 2 places at once (laughing). My clients need constant attention, marketing, advertising, and information. The real estate market has changed completely in the 4+ years I have been in it. Now more than ever each detail is important (open houses, showings, print/online advertising, and contract paperwork) and needs to be done in a timely manner. My team assists me with this so I can focus my attention on sales. If a property isn’t selling there is a reason that needs to be uncovered so I can advise my clients how to get it done.”
Patrick has 9 years of prior sales experience before coming to @properties: Pharmaceutical, Internet, and Transportation Brokerage. In each of these fields he has achieved success be it in starting a new division within a company, managing a sales staff, or awards (Presidents Club, Top Producer, and Market Share Expansion).
“A buyer and a seller (resale or development) have different viewpoints but the same objective: property transfer. I am good at facilitating this process. The number of developments I have worked on has greatly increased my knowledge of the market. This experience and an extraordinary working environment within @properties make me successful. Real estate will always be a good investment. It is a simple economic principle of supply and demand. We have a finite amount of land that can be developed. As this gets developed it becomes more scarce which drives up the land value.”
