Lifelong interest in architecture...
For eight years I was a volunteer docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation, giving walking tours of the loop, as well as the famous River Tour. Talking about my favorite city to curious visitors from around the world was a great way to spend my weekends, and fueled my interest in Chicago real estate.
Market knowledge and experience.
As an area native, and Chicago resident for 20 years, I have lived in many of the most dynamic neighborhoods, from Wicker Park to Edgewater. Lincoln Square has been my home for the past six years, and I've enjoyed seeing it "re-discovered" in recent years.
Why I do what I do.
It is extremely rewarding helping clients build wealth through real estate. As a Real Estate Advisor, my role is to pay close attention to what my clients want in real estate, and apply my skills to help them get there. The business still suffers from a tarnished reputation--and it is a pleasure to convert a skeptic's view of our industry into a deeper understanding of the value a good real estate advisor provides. My most gratifying moments have come when a client said "Craig, you've done really well for us--we appreciate it."
Experience and the Golden Rule...
My goal is to make my clients so happy that I am the first person they think of when they have a real estate question, or someone asks "if they know someone good" in real estate. With over $30 million in real estate transactions completed, I am honored by the amount of trust that represents. It may be old-fashioned, but I believe character still counts. The Golden Rule is how I do business. If that works for you, let's get started!
