Annie Bauer is ranked in the Top 2% of all Realtors in Illinois.  She started her career in 2003 working for CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services company in the world.   In 2005, she made the switch to residential brokerage as a founding member of @properties. Since that time, she has consistantly been one of their top producing brokers with individual sales well over $10 million a year. Most recently, Annie has been featured on HGTV's 'House Hunter's Renovation' and on the cover of 'Top Agent' Magazine. She's been recognized by both the Chicago Association of Realtors and 'Real Producers' Magazine winning consecutive awards for 'Outstanding Sales Achievement'.  In addition, she has been honored for her sales volume in new construction and conversion projects for the @properties development portfolio. 

In her career, Annie has worked with a broad range of clients from first-time home buyers & sellers to seasoned investors & national developers & asset managers.  Annie loves to learn and enjoys the variety of her clientele.  She believes that each client is unique-- as each property is unique. Annie has lived in almost every neighborhood in the city.  She currently resides in the Fulton Market River District.  She enjoys exploring new restaurants, staging & interior design.
