Beths objective is to form a buying or selling strategy that is built around the needs and wants of her clients. By spending time listening to what her clients want to accomplish, she develops a plan/process that is customized to meet their goals. Throughout the transaction, she is consistently communicating with all parties involved in effort to make the process a smooth one. In turn, this ultimately leads her clients to achieving their real estate goals in a stress-free atmosphere.
Her previous experience includes 7 years aiding the growth of Walgreens through analyzing real estate for their new locations making her a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to real estate trends. She also holds designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert, an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
