With a foundation of 5 years experience in media advertising sales, Billie learned from some of the premiere brands in the world, the value and strategies of marketing. Armed with this knowledge, she was able to make a quick and successful transition into real estate.
Billie has obtained a thorough knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and understands the importance of making a sound investment in an ever changing market place. Billie is a graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder and received her B.A. in 1998. She balances a very busy life with her husband and three beautiful daughters, and understands how important it is to listen to and understand the different needs of her clients. She spent over two years rehabbing a National Landmark home in Ukrainian Village and uses her experience to help guide her clients during large or small renovation projects. She owns several multi-unit homes and knows first hand the benefits and challenges of being a landlord. Billie is dedicated, hard working and strives to provide her clients with a level of customer service they’ll remember and appreciate.
