Having spent over a dozen years in the real estate industry as a lobbyist, public relations professional, manager and trainer, Diana Turowski has joined @properties as a Realtor® back in 2007.

Diana brings a unique approach to problem-solving for her clients; essentially, the word “CAN’T” does not exist in her dictionary. Her wealth of experience allows her to devise creative solutions to complex situations, where others would not succeed.

Her unique experiences include:

•Instructing and guiding approximately 200 new agents, retaining over 80% of them after 24 months;
•Coordinating the proposal for one of the finalists for the residential brokerage of Trump Tower Chicago;
•Spearheading a last minute campaign to defeat a proposed 1500% tax increase with the Cook County Board;
•Researching, analyzing and disseminating statistical trends for all 77 Chicago neighborhoods and the nine-county metro area;
•Initiating the production of the 2nd Edition of the Chicago Neighborhoods Map and coordinating its promotion, including placement in all Chicago major media newsrooms;
•Assisting City Hall with tours and lifestyle information for the successful recruitment of Boeing Corporation headquarters to downtown Chicago;
•Participating in the creation of the Location Efficient Mortgage and the Emerging Neighborhoods Initiative;
•Producing a successful major lobbying effort of the General Assembly to restore funding cutbacks.

Diana is a 1989 graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a B.S. in both Management and Marketing. She is a pioneering resident of Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood.
