Hi Eva! Got your message a couple of weeks back but completely forgot about it until now. Thanks for checking in... Melissa and I are all settled in now and everything is going great with the place. We got married in September and Melissa's mom is currently visiting, so bedroom #2 is going to good use. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. After much discussion, number crunching and reviewing the pro/con list a million times, we decided to accept the loan modification. We know it's in our best financial interest in the long run and will not damage our credit as much as a short sale or foreclosure. I can't tell you how much your guidance and information really helped us work through this decision, I know many other people probably would have pushed us in one direction and not given us the understanding of the various options. We are extremely appreciative of your time and know your real estate services will be needed in the future for us, but for now we are staying put.
