Evan is passionate about Real Estate. In keeping with tradition, he began his career at a young age working part-time for his family’s Property Management business. After taking the leap into Real Estate Sales he quickly established himself as an authority on Chicago Real Estate.

Today his business is largely based on referrals from past clients, which are comprised of buyers and sellers with a diverse range of needs and price points. Evan is professional, efficient, detailed-oriented, and customer focused. His communication skills are outstanding, his knowledge of the marketplace is unmatched, and his ability to understand and conform to client expectations is exceptional.

Originally from New York, Evan has been living in the Chicagoland area with his wife Stephanie, their son Benjamin and their dog Jack since 1999. He specializes in residential properties throughout the downtown Chicago area and the Northern suburbs. As an aside, Evan attended Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He is a terrible golfer, an avid White Sox fan and an aspiring "computer geek."
