Genna joined the Real Estate industry in 1996, and quickly excelled in both buyer/seller brokerage and development sales earning her the Rookie of the Year Award by her hosting office. Over the next decade she continued to receive numerous of awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors associated with volume sold and performance. Her recent accolades include, @properties "Hardest Working Agent" and Metro Chicago Real Estates "Top 40 Under 40".

Her talents include profiling prospective buyers, target marketing, optimization of web based advertising, and consulting on architectural, construction, financial structuring, design, and advertising concepts for clients, "I always think 'big picture', all facets of our industry are important, require attention and fluid coordination for a project to be its most successful".
