Heidi Grumley has been selling real estate since 1998, and completed 12 of her own personal real estate transactions before entering the industry. Extremely focused on practicing excellence, Heidi is one of a select group of agents that holds a managing broker's license.

Both buyers and sellers have enjoyed working with Heidi, and she has a knack for relocation clients, as she likes to help people get comfortable in their brand-new environment. Overall, one of her special talents is helping familiarize people with different locations in terms of social life, schools, and anything else they may need. She successfully works with clients of all walks of life, from first-timer buyers to the savviest of luxury home sellers, as well as empty nesters.

Constant communication is key for Heidi, and she is known as a problem-solver. Friendly and outgoing, she is upfront and honest, and happy to provide guidance every step of the way. With a background in advertising, Heidi is a strong communicator, and believes this to be the foundation of an important real estate relationship. Organized and focused, Heidi is also a skilled negotiator who is always on target in understanding what her clients need, helping them feel confident with the decisions they make.

Heidi moved to the Chicago area in 1974, and spent numerous years living in the Gold Coast. Twenty-five years ago, she moved to Lake Forest, where she raised her three daughters and sent them through the area school system. An expert on Lake Forest and the surrounding North Shore cities, Heidi has also completed transactions in Chicago and the northern suburbs.

In her free time, Heidi volunteers with local charities, and has served as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for children in the juvenile court system in Lake County. She also likes to play golf and spend time with her family and her rescued Golden Retriever.
