J graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in the Spring of 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He immediately embarked on a 6 year career as a commodities trader at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. It was there, that J developed a passion and strong skill-set for asset valuation and an in-depth understanding of market tendencies. In 2009, J left the trading industry to pursue a career in Residential Real Estate Sales.
J believes in effective marketing, personal service, and most importantly a tireless work ethic. He is continually working for his clients nearly 80 hours a week and has an incredible team to assist him. He prides himself on the personal commitment and long-standing relationships this approach has afforded him. As a result, the majority of his home sales come from previous clients and referral business.
