| Jeff was instrumental in making the best out of this bad situation, first by finding me a great couple of tenants, and then by finding a buyer when a short sale became my only option. I felt that he went above and beyond the call of duty, especially when the short sale came dangerously close to falling through and he had to come up with a creative way to save the deal. He also recommended a fantastic attorney, who was equally helpful and patient with me at times when I let my desperation show. Through it all, he communicated regularly and was always available to answer my questions. Even from a distance of several thousand miles, I felt confident that he was taking care of my property and would see things through. Now that my condo is sold I can move on with my life. But as things progressed we realized what a critical role the agent play in communicating with the lawyers, banks, sellers, and then explaining to us what's next. | Jeff was such a great find. We met him randomly at an Open House and within a few weeks found our dream home! We're first time home buyers so Jeff walked us through a very intimidating process of closing on a place in a very patient, relaxed and supportive way.
