Jennie entered the real estate industry and hit the ground running.  She sold nearly $6 million in her first year and was named “Rookie of the Year” within her brokerage at the time.  To date, she has been involved in over 85 transactions totaling over $29 million in closed business, and more than 90% of her business originates from repeat or referral-based clientele.  

She recognizes that the key to success as a Realtor is listening; understanding her client’s needs, then utilizing her problem solving skills and knowledge of the market to meet those needs. Jennie keeps her clients’ best interest at heart and works as an advocate throughout the transaction.  Similar to any business trade, success in the real estate industry is founded on relationships.  Reputation is everything and this is something that Jennie does not take lightly.

Jennie has sold condominiums, single-family homes, vacant land, and new construction throughout the City and near neighboring suburbs.  She specializes in the north and northwest neighborhoods of the City, including the Loop, South Loop, West Loop, River North, Old Town, River West, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, North Center, Lincoln Square, and Rogers Park. 

Jennie has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which denotes success with representing buyers.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and Chicago Association of Realtors.

Also, Jennie has been featured in a number of professional publications including Real Estate Executive, Illinois Realtor, Chicago Agent, and HGTV’s House Hunters TV show.

Jennie earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Communications from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She has lived in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, and Bucktown, giving her the unique advantage of a diverse, personal familiarity with Chicago’s northside.  Recently married in 2010, she and her husband reside in the Logan Square neighborhood.
