 For sellers, Jennifer can offer her expertise in online marketing in order to make the listing as visible as possible to make a quick sale. She works closely with her husband, Bryson Meunier, who is one of the top search engine optimization consultants in the country, to give clients an advantage in a competitive online marketplace.

Jennifer’s passion for working with people and the thrill of striking a deal led her into the professional world of real estate.  After many years in the architectural industry, the award winning landscape architect found that she was spending entirely too much time behind a desk designing plans and not enough time interacting with her clients.  She made the leap into real estate with the intention of providing her clients with expertise they can trust as well as the best possible service.   Jennifer loves her job and it shows.

Jennifer currently resides in the West Town area of Chicago with her husband Bryson and their two children, Casey and Madeleine.  She serves as a member of the East Village Neighborhood Association and volunteers with Breakthrough Urban Ministries, preparing dinner once per month at the Joshua Center for women in Garfield Park.  In her free time she enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking and eating comfort food, playing euchre and Scrabble and spending time with family and friends.
