Kathy McCauley brings a veritable lifetime of experience to her role as Real Estate Broker. Born and raised in one of Chicago’s most established real estate families, she has been buying, selling, developing and brokering the most exclusive properties in Chicago’s finest neighborhoods for nearly 20 years. Kathy has a well-honed approach to investment strategies and a sixth sense for potential property outcomes, offering her clients a distinct advantage in navigating the Chicago real estate market.  After founding and managing her own boutique brokerage for seven years, she also managed a large portfolio of select income property and sold high-end and custom new construction to an elite clientele. Kathy shines brightest as a buyer’s broker, combining this wealth of experience with impeccable people skills and a true passion for service. 

New to the @Properties team, Kathy was drawn to their cutting edge, industry-leading approach to real estate sales, marketing and innovative use of technology. In short, she believes @Properties is a true game changer and is excited to be among the ranks.

Driven both professionally and personally, Kathy has run eight marathons worldwide and participated in a challenging Century Ride, raising thousands of dollars for charities. She is most active in Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian relief organization.  Her dedication led her to cofound the Concern Leadership Network, which enhances the efforts of Concern Worldwide by recruiting teams of young, service-minded professionals to raise awareness through action and participation in various events, and to date has raised $110,000.00.
