As President of Affiliate Strategy, Kevin spearheads the development and execution of strategic initiatives to propel the growth and success among network Affiliates and agents. His focus encompasses technology integration, agent performance enhancement, recruitment and retention, and fostering valuable third-party partnerships.

Kevin's extensive background as an agent, managing broker, agent-performance coach, and his pivotal role in advancing brokerage technology, furnish him with a multifaceted insight that sets him apart in the industry. He's become known as a thought leader within the industry and offers up motivation and relevant takeaways through speaking engagements for brokerages and associations. His experience and expertise have been featured in Inman News, RISMedia, REALTOR® Magazine, Illinois REALTOR® magazine, Chicago REALTOR® Magazine, Chicago Agent Magazine, and on Fox Business News, among others.

Kevin served on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Association of REALTORS ® (CAR) and vice-chaired the CAR Finance Committee. He was also tapped as the chair of the CAR RPAC Fundraising Committee for multiple years, starting in 2015.

Born and raised in Chicago, Kevin studied at the University of Illinois, is an Army veteran, and a world traveler.
