Kristen is a 22-year veteran expert in real estate, with her entire career focused on knowledge of the unique Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Gold Coast communities. She is a third generation Chicagoan who has lived her entire life in the city, and 25 years as a Lincoln Park resident, now in a DePaul home she helped design and build. Reliable, experienced advice and guidance are paramount in her client relationships. As a mom to two young daughters and a house full of Newfoundland dogs, she appreciates the requirements and desires of families looking for homes that meet their lifestyle need, as well as schools that answer the right education bell.

Kristen is connected: to long-standing relationships with mortgage experts, legal advisors, builders, designers and others who support successful real estate deals and thoughtful, creative solutions to post-purchase interests.
