Leigh saw that my condo had been listed for almost two years, during which time he repeatedly called and asked if he could help. After a few months, I agreed to meet him. The presentation he prepared was second to none. It was specific to my condo, the neighborhood and was current - which allowed us to see where the market was at the time. This allowed us to come up with a realistic selling price. Ultimately, the house sold in about a month for just a few thousand dollars under list price. Both my wife and I were shocked. We were ready to sell for tens of thousands less!
