Liz Hinard has built a reputation in Chicago as being an advocate for her clients. Having joined @properties in 2013, Liz brings an expertise in real estate and design. Liz is an invaluable asset to her clients, continually leveraging a diverse background in interior design and healthcare to offer outstanding customer service and creative approaches to real estate. Liz believes that a successful business evolves from strong client relationships. As such, she builds those relations by being a responsive communicator, a passionate worker, and keeping her clients informed every step of the way.

Previous to her joining @properties, Liz spent 14 years as a critical care nurse and managing supervisor, which trained her to be compassionate, understanding, organized and calm under pressure. Coupled with her experience in interior design, creating dream homes through creative remodeling and design, the two formed a natural transition into real estate. Now, Liz utilizes her extensive knowledge of the Chicago real estate market, a background in staging homes, and her tireless drive to the benefit of the clients.

Liz and her husband Jon have lived in Chicago for over 25 years, and have raised their two sons in the beautiful Northcenter neighborhood. She has extensive first-hand knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and schools, and is actively involved in the community. Liz has volunteered at her sons™ schools and at church, with the Little Brothers of the Elderly Organization and the Common Food Pantry. In her spare time, Liz loves cycling, gardening and cheering on her sons in their many athletic pursuits. She particularly enjoys taking long walks with her dog on the lovely neighborhood streets.¨
