They staged the house beautifully, hired a top-notch photographer for the web pictures and maintained the house (had the grass cut, light bulbs replaced, etc.) for little or no cost to us while the house was on the market. Joe Kennedy and Nancy Weber were wonderful from start to finish. They priced the property right so it would sell quickly while helping to ensure that my mother would make a profit on the sale. We were selling in a tough market with the down turn in real estate but both Joe and Nancy explained the pricing and whatever apprehension my mom or I had were laid to rest. What could have been a horrendous event went so smoothly I sometimes forgot we had the property on the market.
