Nick graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Supply Chain Management. Prior to real estate, his background includes 10 years of strategy consulting, product management and business development experience in the IT space with a key emphasis on business intelligence and data related solutions. Nick is also the Managing Partner in Urban Real Estate Partners 1-3 LLC, a a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring distressed properties, providing property management solutions for the life of the investment, and delivering high-yield returns to its investor pool by the sale of the properties. The firms primary mission is to connect with motivated investors to pursue traditionally unattainable investment opportunities in the distressed real estate market.
