Olin is originally from the Carolinas where he was born and raised until graduating from Appalachian State University and moving to Chicago. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Advertising, followed by a minor in Theatre Arts with an emphasis on Musical Theatre. Olin began working here in Chicago with Harpo, and "The Oprah Winfrey Show" immediately after graduation, in the Publicity and Media Relations department.
He then directed his career towards Real Estate and began residential leasing and marketing for large downtown property management companies. After receiving his lllinois Real Estate License, he then began residential sales, this being his ultimate passion. Olin loves working with first time home buyers as well as seasoned home buyers / investors who are looking for specific types of homes. Olin has dealt extensively with home purchases and sales, negotiations, relocation and rentals. Olin has been in the Real Estate business for nearly 10 years and has expert knowledge of the Chicago and Chicagoland areas, having lived and worked all over the city. For buyers, he offers un-parralled service and expertise of the market. For sellers, with the help of @properties, he offers amazing marketing tools to get properties sold fast and for the most return on investment.
Aside from Real Estate, he is an actor/singer and is a company member with The Cabaret Project, who perform at multiple venues all around Chicago. Olin also plays softball, tennis, loves boating, traveling and cooking and is married and lives in Andersonville.
