Update: Sabrina received both the 2009 and 2010 "Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer" award. Which means Sabrina is in the top 10% for sales within all of the licensed Realtors in all of Chicagoland (approx 11,000 agents). In 2010 Sabrina was in the top 3%. This is directly related to all your referrals over the years. Thank you! Sabrina came to @properties by following a passion for helping people make their dreams come true over 5 years ago. Whether it is finding your first home, moving to the home of your dreams, letting go of a home, or starting your new life in Chicago, she will take the time and go the extra mile to make your real estate sales and/or buying experience seamless. Sabrina believes in building long-term relationships and will continue to stay in contact with you long after the keys are exchanged. She has a large network of trusted partners and is always happy to make quality referrals for contractors, financial planners, interior designers, inspectors, cleaning crews, mortgage brokers and attorneys. And don’t be surprised if you she invites you to a party and/or dinner.
Sabrina graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a degree in Mathematics. She also has years of experience in corporate America which include product management, direct marketing and sales. This experience, combined with her knowledge of the real estate market, enhances her ability to strategize and come up with the best plan for you – whether you are a buyer or a seller.
Sabrina has lived in Buena Park (an area within Uptown) for the past nine years. “I love the neighborhood. It is one of the many overlooked pockets of the city. I have easy access to downtown, Montrose Beach/Harbor, neighborhood restaurants and bars, theaters, and historical homes.” Even though Sabrina lives in the Uptown area, she has extensive knowledge on all areas of the city, and all types of properties – from lakefront high-rises to Wicker Park three-flat buildings to luxury single family homes to short sales/foreclosures.
When not working, Sabrina spends her time traveling internationally, catching up with family and friends and volunteering. She is the President of GIRF (a non-profit raising funds for medical research), is a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, and is involved in many volunteer opportunities in different communities throughout Chicago.
Sabrina says, “The best part of my job is helping my clients dreams and visions become a reality.” |
