Santiago was able to sell our Row House in an extremely difficult market and made himself extremely accessible to us, as if we were his only clients. Even while on 'vacation' in Europe, Santiago was able to communicate status updates and work on the negotiations for our home. Even more, I appreciated his honesty and candor about fair market value for our home based on actual market activity and the ability to help us see past any personal attachments we had to our property. He gave us facts and had data to support them, yet we never felt pressured to sell. I just wanted to take some time to thank you for all that you have done to get my condo sold. I've never had a realtor work harder for his commission. I came to you after my home had been on the market for 6 months and I had already relocated to New Jersey.
