As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Stephen knows the many benefits of Chicago neighborhoods, Chicago’s many cultural institutions, school systems, restaurants and neighborhood parks. He enjoys highlighting these city features with home buyers, while integrating this knowledge into each home’s marketing plan. Stephen not only sells the home, but also the neighborhood. Born and raised in Garfield Ridge on Chicago's southwest side, Stephen has lived and worked in several of Chicago's neighborhoods including (but not limited to) Hyde Park, Wicker Park, Wrigleyville, Southport Corridor, Andersonville, Edgewater, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, West Loop, River North, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, the South Loop, and Uptown. Stephen is proud to call Chicago home and loves sharing the diversity of his knowledge with each client.
Stephen joined @properties in 2007 and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. With a background in Management Information Technology from - Loras College, Stephen leverages technology, utilizing a variety of websites and tools to provide the most accurate and timely data in purchasing or selling a home. Stephen thrives in analytical thinking, problem-solving and statistics; he understands home data and trends and has the ability to communicate this information efficiently to each client.
Stephen uses a team atmosphere with Ryan, David, and Martyn to assist his clients in his absence. He also surrounds each client with experienced and well qualified attorneys, inspectors and lenders. Stephen’s certifications and designations include Certified Negotiations Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Social Media Marketer and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Stephen, personally, had $22 million in residental real estate volume under contract/closed in 2012 with over 40 transactions. @proeprties ranks as the #1 brokerage in Chicago, by any measure. Stephen ranked in the top ten brokers within @properties for Chicago sales. While the average ratio of sales-price-to-original-list-price in @properties was 95%, a figure that suprassed any other brokerage in Chicago, Stephen achieved even higher at 98.7%.
When not assisting clients and touring properties, Stephen enjoys all aspects of the entertainment industry and reading books on his Amazon Kindle.
