With six years of real estate experience under her belt Teresa Zembal Guerra joined @properties in November of 2008. Initially started in new development sales which included University Village, West Loop, and South Loop sites, Teresa quickly grasped the importance of making each transaction as stress-free and relaxed as she possibly could. Understanding and commitment lead to many smiling clients. Teresa is committed to making sure not only that her clients are getting what they want, but that they feel comfortable with making one of the most important decisions of one's life. Teresa enjoys working in all areas of Chicago with most transactions in University Village, South Loop, West Loop, and Lakeview. Branching out to the suburbs Teresa joined the Western Springs team in 21019.  Teresa has mainly worked with residential sales, but has closed some commercial deals as well, she is always ready to take on new avenues in real estate. As a homeowner and investor Teresa can relate to the ups and downs of the process and considers all transactions as if it were her own.

Teresa is a Chicago native and have lived here her whole life, grew up in Logan Square but has resided in Wrigleyville, University Village, and the Tri-Taylor area. Very familiar with Chicago, Teresa can assist in buying or selling a home with the upmost confidence. With such pride in her city she is thrilled to help a new client become a part of this great city as well. Teresa moved out to the southwest suburbs and now has experience of selling there too.  Teresa studied at Northeastern University and Prairie State College with a previous life in dentistry. When Teresa is not selling real estate she can be found spending most of her spare time with her son and husband wandering the many fun family spots.
