Tim Manning joined @properties several years ago due to state of the art technology, as well as the aggressive and cutting-edge marketing tools. Tim also sees great benefit in being apart of Chitown Property Group within @properties, where he can further collaborate on marketing and knowledge of todays changing market with his colleagues. "My buyers and sellers have benefited greatly from this move, and I have never looked back. My clients are always my first priority," said Tim.

After graduating from Indiana University with a finance degree, Tim traveled globally while also working in sales. This has provided him with extensive experience in selling and strong negotiation skills. Tim continued his education by getting a CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert) while pursuing a CRS designation, commonly referred to as grad school for REALTORS.

Tim has excellent knowledge of the Chicago market due to being a lifelong Chicago area resident. After growing up in Barrington, his first residence in the city was a rooftop apartment in left field across from historic Wrigley Field. Currently, he owns a condo in Bucktown and is a board member in his 95-unit building.

When Tim has spare time, he enjoys playing golf and continuing to travel around the world. He is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Screen Actors Guild, and a proud supporter of Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation. In 2009, Tim successfully co-chaired @properties first annual charity golf outing using his golf knowledge paired with his appetite for charity.
