2009 was another successful year for David Wolf and the Wolf Residential Group.  Once again, David led all @properties agents in “outside brokerage” sales volume and was among the Top 10 agents in “outside brokerage” within the entire Chicago Association of Realtors^®. To date, David Wolf and the Wolf Residential Group have helped clients buy and sell over $200 million worth of real estate including nearly $40 million in 2009 alone. As a result, David is a perennial recipient of the Chicago Association of Realtors’^® Top Producer award.

David joined @Properties in January 2002. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Public Relations and Marketing. Additionally, he holds professional designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  David is a Chicago resident currently living in Bucktown.
