Work with Marcia Brown

Meet Marcia Brown

Marcia Brown is a life-long resident of Chicago's North Shore residing in Deerfield with her family. She began her career in real estate 29 years and is experienced as both a listing and buying agent in the northern suburbs and Chicagoland.

MARCIA IS IN THE RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS

Marcia is more than a "sales person." She is a counselor, confidant and trusted partner to each and every client. She insists on delivering VIP service above and beyond the typical 9-5 weekday. You may have noticed that many real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales by identifying clients, such as closing the deal and then moving on to the next one.  Marcia  believes you deserve more from the professional you decide to work with and that's why she chooses to work by referral. Working by referral is all about trust. And, let's face it, when we're seeking a service, we look for someone we can trust, someone proven who comes highly recommended and is already on our side. Marcia received an award by @properties for expressing excellent relationship building and teamwork. She has recognized by Top Agent Magazine  as a top producer and expert in her market and was featured on the cover. These awards are a true reflection of how important her relationships to clients and colleagues are. Marcia also surrounds herself with the best in the business and works closely with reputable attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and inspectors. Marcia believes it takes a strong team to guide you every step of the way.
