Born and raised the suburbs of Chicago, Nikki worked in sales and tech start ups before serendipitously discovering her passion for real estate. Her real estate path began with investment properties, working at a full-service brokerage recommending value-add buildings with great potential. Starting with consulting on the appropriate rehab to get the best rental prices and then managing the project with the general contractor, Nikki got to be a part of every step of the process for her clients. Once the rehab was complete, she even leased and managed the building and tracked the best time to sell. At one point she was managing 300 tenants, doing full time sales, leasing and managing rehab projects- it’s no wonder she didn’t sleep! After 7 years of building this incredible experience, she decided she wanted to shift her focus to more personalized work with her clients. Nikki has as much personality as she has professionalism and always goes above and beyond for her clients, from initial consultation to closing, and beyond. Fun facts about Nikki: she lived abroad in Europe and Africa for years, is fluent in French and Spanish, and won most outgoing in highschool.
