Receivership Services

@properties Commercial formed its Bank Advisory and Services Group to assist our lending clients and to properly protect their real estate assets. As a court appointed receiver, our team is knowledgeable in the operation of real estate, the financial needs of a property, the physical management of the asset and the ability to respond to the needs of the court and the lender. It is our objective to manage the assignment as if we were a principal owner of the property. Therefore, we are very proactive in every assignment. Our goal is to stabilize the property as quickly as possible in order to maintain the financial and physical value of the property while in the receivership process.
