Debbie is more than just a North Shore expert, as her daily life has revolved around the neighborhood since 1986. She understands and enjoys Highland Park's vast array of housing stock, and is familiar with everything the city has to offer.

Experienced with both buyers and sellers, Debbie was a part of the largest sale in Highland Park at over $17 million. Her clients range from first-time buyers to those seeking luxury, as well as buyers and sellers who are on their third or fourth home. Debbie has strong relationships with builders of new construction and has also formed solid bonds with other agents in the area, leading to even more successful closings.

Overall, Debbie's main goal is to exceed her clients' expectations. This dedicated focus, along with an in-depth understanding of the market and her professional expertise, has led to continued success. A consistent top producer over the past 30+ years, she ranks in the top 1% of agents nationally.  A "Road to the Rolex" winner, she has been recognized in Chicago Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate award winner each year since 2011. She has also been recognized as one of Chicago's top real estate agents by Chicago magazine.  Debbie has consistantly been recognized  by the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors for being in the top 5% for sales production . A smart and strategic negotiator, Debbie's clients always come first.

My Background:

Born and raised in New York, Debbie enjoyed a rich business background before earning her real estate license. After receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Debbie worked as a pediatric nurse at Boston Children's Hospital for two years, after which she received a scholarship grant from the National Institute of Health and earned a master's degree from New York University. She enjoyed several years in hospital administration before switching to the business side of healthcare with a successful career selling medical products and services. Debbie gained compassion from nursing and business expertise from sales, which she combines daily as a successful real estate agent.

Debbie moved to Highland Park in 1986 and has lived in the area ever since. Her two daughters were raised in the Highland Park school system, making Debbie more than just a North Shore expert, as her daily life has revolved around the neighborhood for more than 25 years. She understands and enjoys Highland Park's vast array of housing stock, and is familiar with everything the city has to offer. Spending time with her family is one of her main priorities, and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, golf, canasta, and travel.

My Mission:

Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me, as is seeing every transaction through to the end - meaning the closing, not just the contract. Whether you are buying or selling a home, the process is a team effort and your goals and interests are my only concern. I will earn your trust and exceed your expectations.
