Karl joined @properties as a full time sales associate in September 2001. He brings with him previous financial and relationship management experience. This, coupled with understanding the importance of listening to his clients’ needs, is paramount in providing a quality, efficient and enjoyable home buying/selling experience.

Before coming to @properties, Karl spent over eight years gaining experience in the corporate world. Mr. Whittenbarger graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in finance and has lived in Chicago for over ten years.
