Since becoming a licensed broker in 2001, Robin has consistently been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as being in the top 1% of all Realtors (over 13,000) in the City of Chicago. She joined @properties in 2007 after six years as a top broker at another Chicago real estate company. In 2007 & 2008 she was @properties #1 selling agent (excluding agents who specialize in marketing development projects) as well as ranked in the top 50 citywide for both total volume and total number of transactions.

Robin was named to the 40 Under 40 list and separately recognized as a top woman in real estate by Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazine. She was also given the Best in the Business Award given by Quality Service Certified, Inc. (QSC). Her real estate expertise has been acknowledged by various other print publications and on local television programs. She is a member of the local and national Realtor associations and has received her GREEN designation from the national association.

Robin has been a licensed attorney in Illinois since 1995.

Raised in Vermont, Robin moved to Chicago in 1995 and she has lived in both Lincoln Park and Lakeview since that time. Robin purchased her first condo in 1996 and since has purchased and rehabilitated several properties. She also tends to move often (every few years) which keeps her connected to the personal aspect of buying and selling real estate and serves as a reminder to the stresses her clients feel during this momentous time.

Robin believes a good Realtor listens, educates and advises throughout and after the purchase or sale of a home. Her education and background makes Robin an avid researcher and advocate on behalf of her clients. These characteristics distinguish Robin and are the reason her business is driven largely by referrals and repeat clients.

Robins clients appreciate that her knowledge and experience extends beyond the realm of buying and selling to include rehabbing and evaluating investment opportunities. Robin enjoys feasting at Chicagos fine restaurants, time with her dogs, running along the lakefront and savoring good wine with her friends. When possible she escapes to her house in Michigans Harbor Country, a convenient 70 miles from the city on the shores of Lake Michigan. She has also developed an obsession with becoming a better golfer and is always trying to find more time to pursue this later-in-life challenge!
