Always with her finger on the pulse of Chicago, Amy Berk has lived in and grown with the citys evolving neighborhoods for the last 20 years. She has always had a passion for real estate with an aesthetic eye for detail - her professional career has incorporated a range of creative experiences in the field of interior design, plus wardrobe styling and set decoration for the film, television and print industries. She has a keen sense of what a space can offer and gives her clients the advantage of seeing the possibilities in any location. Her philosophy is clear, "Every space is unique and every person is unique in their style of living. My goal is to find the perfect fit for my clients."

Amy continues to stay on top of the latest real estate movements and is currently studying to earn her ecobroker green designation. A conscious consumer herself, she is working to become a specialist in today's green-minded world, providing her clients an edge when it comes to energy efficiency and environmental issues. I'm really excited to share what Ive learned and work with people who appreciate anything green.

Amy grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. After college, she traveled Europe and the United States before ultimately making Chicago her permanent home. She lives in the East Village neighborhood with her daughter and their two rescue dogs.
