"Martin Ute is by far the most thoughtful and competent realtor we have ever worked with. Can't recommend him enough!!!"
"As usual, Lynne and her partner Martin Uthe proved to be the consummate professionals."
"Lynn and Martin did a fantastic job in renting my condominium. They advised me as to what repairs and improvements to make, coordinated the cleaning crew and the painters and negotiated a very satisfactory lease within several days after completion of the painting, carpeting and cleaning.I was extremely satisfied with their work.Manny M. "We had to sell our home and of course we signed on with Lynne, and in doing so we met her associate, Martin Uthe. What a man. What a team. Heidt and Uthe. They prepared and distributed sophisticated material to the media, held weekly open house showings and shortly thereafter, a buyer made an acceptable offer. With 30 years in the business, Heidt and Uthe, know their colleagues. This is important. The relationship between agents representing buyer and seller need not be adversarial as sometimes is the case. When it came time to close the sale of our home it was a joyful occasion. Deals have been known to collapse at the closing table because of unresolved minor issues. Not so with @ Properties agents, Heidt and Uthe, who settled all questions beforehand with the buyers representative.Whether you are thinking of selling or buying real estate, It is with hearty enthusiasm we endorse the team of Lynne Heidt and Martin Uthe, representatives affiliated with @Properties."
"Doing business with Lynne was a pleasure. She guided us through the process and nudged us when we needed it without making us feel pressured. There were no loose ends, no unreturned calls. There was lots of good advice and follow through. This was a complicated purchase. It was a short sale but we didn't know that when we made our 1st offer. Without Lynne's support we would likely have given up. We can't say enough good things about Lynne and her associate Martin is also terrific!"
