Chances are…I’ve already met you! A familiar face in many neighborhoods, I was raised in Evanston and have lived almost my entire life here in Chicagoland. I have over 25 years experience serving the north suburban communities through retail management, working for both Walgreens and CVS/Caremark, both heavily rooted in the local community. In addition, I spent many years in the arena of financial wealth management/trading at the Chicago Board of Trade, and the restaurant industry—forging relationships with Chicago’s top restaurateurs such as Carlos and Debbie Nieto, Myron and Phil Freedman, and Rudy Malnati, Jr. I am a “people person” to the core---friends and family alike know me for my relaxed personality paired with an incredible knack for engaging people in meaningful conversations and putting them at ease.
I know your neighbors really well. Having raised three children who were actively involved in athletics for 15 years, I have garnered the respect and friendship of many families through my work for Wilmette and Glenview Park Districts, coaching youth boys’ baseball and basketball (both house and travel leagues), as well as boys' and girls' soccer teams. As I have always loved working with children, I was a natural at coaching. As a result of my dedication, I fostered strong connections with families and kids. I was praised for being a positive role model, inspiring and motivating kids with just the right mix of intensity and patience. I use the same approach with my clients in the real estate market to get results…. whether it be the sale of your long time home, locating and purchasing your ideal residence, or securing the right commercial property in which to develop your business.
While working 24-7 to serve my clients would be impressive, I would surely not have the vitality required to give you top-notch service. On that note, you’ll be glad to know that I make time to take care of my health… re-energizing with a game of basketball at the gym weekly, working out with my teenage kids , or balancing the mind with a yoga class. In addition, I enjoy eating a variety of ethnic cuisines ( Japanese is a favorite!), hearing concerts of all types of music, and reading about current world politics and economics.

"Larry provided the perfect mix of patience, compassion, and knowledge of the market to guide me through selling and moving from my custom built home in a historically challenging market. He is a natural in the business and a good fit to put even the most discerning clients' mind at ease."

"My wife and I met Larry while we were looking to purchase our first home. Larry was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the entire process to us and then patiently took us around to see dozens of houses. Once we made our selection, he negotiated on our behalf and made the entire process run smoothly. We are now in our new home and could not be happier. We would recommend Larry to anybody and would definitely use him again in the future."
"Larry did a wonderful job. He found me a great place, gave me solid contacts to lenders, recommended the real estate lawyers that I used, and even drove me to my closing. I will use him again when the opportunity arises. Fast, easy and painless. Thanks Larry!"
